14-Day Return Policy

At CAREERCO, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the training and courses you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Timeframe: The 14-day return period begins from the date of purchase of the training or course.

2. Notification: To initiate a return, customers must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting hello@careerco.ca. The notification should include details of the purchase and the reason for the return.

3. Payment Issues: In the event of any payment issues or if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact hello@careerco.ca at the earliest convenience to address the matter promptly.

Conditions for Return:

1. Unused Access: The training or course must be unused and in the same condition as received. Any access to course materials or training sessions will render the return ineligible.

2. Refund Process: Once the return request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Refund: Please note that ONO Capital Inc. (ONO Inc.)/DBA Careerco handles all refunds. Any communication regarding refunds should be directed to hello@careerco.ca. 

Exclusions:

1. Expired Return Period: Returns requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

2. Used or Altered Products: Any training or course that has been accessed, used, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

3. Special Promotions: Special promotions, discounts, or bundled offers may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion for details.
